The candidate will assists the network audience manager to execute domestic marketing campaigns, compile and analyze traffic performance data and monitor competing products.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategy to drive online community and traffic

Channel Consultant (India-based)
The Technology Vertical Manager assists in the day-to-day editorial operations, including content development, editing and writing content, web site maintenance and proof reading. He/she is primarily responsible for technology vertical content.
Responsibilities:
1. Source/generate, edit and upload local news, features per agreed targets
- Source, attend press briefings, edit and upload daily local news to agreed targets; send URLs and blurbs daily to Manila-based Network Producer
- Conduct weekly local interviews per agreed targets, edit and upload; send URLs and blurbs to Network Producer
2. Adjust content mix to grow community
- Review weekly traffic reports on technology rooms/verticals and submit recommendations on content to Channel Managers and Network Producer
- Implement agreed weekly content adjustments for growth
- Review quarterly traffic reports and participate in content strategy discussions, recommending directions for growth
3. Source/generate, edit and upload newsletter content
- Source technical papers & app notes per agreed target to support biweekly specialized newsletters related to assigned technology rooms/vertical sites
- Source, write news & features per agreed target to support biweekly specialized newsletters related to assigned technology rooms/vertical sites
- Source/write content for EE Times-India Community Newsletter as and when assigned
4. Build relationships with tech-room/vertical sponsors, editorial board
- Maintain close relations with sponsors and editorial board members relevant to assigned technology rooms/vertical sites
- Achieve agreed weekly sponsor news coverage targets
- Conduct at least one interview with all sponsors per quarter
- Give priority to sponsors & board members in sourcing technical papers and app notes
5. Assist in site maintenance as required
- Assist in vertical site maintenance as needed
6. Analyze competitor content
- Review web sites in close competition with assigned technology rooms/vertical sites, reporting any significant developments to Channel Managers on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- At least two years of editorial experience in publishing industry
- A degree/diploma in journalism/mass communication or related discipline
- Good English skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of the computer/electronics industry
- Knowledge of HTML, technical/science academic background are advantages

Network Audience Consultant
The candidate will implements online community strategies, and guides and monitors content strategies for all EE Times-India products, including web sites, newsletters and events. S/He works with the business development manager and the network producer to drive community goals that support the business interests of the company.
